has been in the lake and pond management business for over 20 years and has owned and operated
AQUA DOC since 1989. Licensed by the Department of Agriculture as an aquatic applicator, John's
experience includes algae and weed control, excavating and ornamental pond construction and
design. He is a past board member of the Ohio Lake Management Society and Midwest Aquatic Plant
Management Society. |

Michael
Russell

Mike
has 27 years of sales, design, and construction experience in landscaping, as well as 13 years
experience in the construction and maintenance of ornamental ponds, watergardens, and water
features. Mike serves as the head of our Landscape and Watergarden Services (LAWS) division,
oversees pond excavation and erosion control, and maintains much of our retail and shipping
operations. He is a past board member for the Ohio Landscapers Association (OLA), and is certified
in both landscape design and the prevention and control of fish disease. |

Spence

Heath
is going into his tenth season at AQUA DOC. This will be his fourth year as the Lakes and Ponds
Division Manager. His biology degree from Bowling Green State University enables him to specialize
in creating the ideal management program for your aquatic eco-systems. Heath's experience as
a licensed applicator and treatment crew leader helps him coordinate the daily treatment crews
as well as assist customers in maximizing the use of their body of water. |

Shawn
Spence

Shawn
has 8 years experience as an Aquatic Technician and serves as the Territory Manager for Medina,
Cuyahoga, and Ashland counties. He also has a Custom Operators License from the Ohio Department
of Agriculture and, like Craig, is a Certified Fountain Technician. Shawn has a bachelor's
degree in communications from Bowling Green State University. |

Brian
Stafford
|
With
a degree in Marine Biology from Ohio University, Brian is one of our newest biologist. Brian's
main focus is on Ohio's freshwater streams and relative water health, and he's done research
involving both the Chesapeake and Delaware Bays. Hired in June 2002, Brian is a member of OLMS
and has been orchestrating our efforts in the Portage Lakes area. |
